There is currently a blocked sign both above and below on the trail. It's just stupid that this is a matter of fact that only applies in Austria and not in Germany. The source reference is even at the top right and is from Austria with the ending .at

We were there yesterday and stood in front of the path with the prohibition sign, which was cordoned off with a tape, the wrong information with the apparently wrong facts about it has meanwhile been removed - it is cordoned off anyway 🤷‍♂️
