The United Margarine-Werke Nürnberg coined the name of the "Resi-Geländes" with the name of their margarineThe Resi factory building still stands, even if margarine is no longer produced there today. It is now a listed building and since then, with its baroque-style building with a striking water tower, is more reminiscent of an official building than a factory.
