The former brickworks on the outskirts of Eichenberg is one of the few technical monuments in the Aschaffenburg district. Since 1725 people have been digging for clay and making bricks from it. The brickworks with kiln was built in 1905 and was in operation until 1940. Ceramic building materials were manufactured and fired here. The octagonal, distinctive chimney is 16 meters high and consists of a five-meter-high square sandstone plinth with an ornamental cornice and an eleven-meter-high, conically bricked shaft in the shape of an octagon.
