Everyone can discover something here. Whether it is something about plants or animals. Just have a look and read. A destination for the whole family.

The main attraction of the Kermeter is the Wild Kermeter and the Wild Way.
There is much to see around forest and game. Educational for big and small.
On Sundays, a free, ranger-led hike is offered. They are happy to answer questions.
Meeting point at the info point at the Ranger hat: 13:00 (Sundays) - No registration required.

For children there is a small nature trail. A climbing course is also available. At the weekend it is very crowded, the parking is always full. For "wandering through" but it is ok and worth seeing

It is a very lovingly landscaped nature trail that is fun for both children and adults. Highlights are the climbing course and the steles with quotes about NATURE and WILDERNESS. My wife and I have gone the educational trail several times and had a lot of fun. Especially on the climbing course. Hopefully the path is spared from vandalism. Not to forget the stations with the audio boards. There, in D, GB, FR and NL, interesting facts about nature are read out. And also people with limitations were considered, because at the touch of a button you can choose a simple language.

Ideal starting point is the car park Kermeter. Here also start free tours with the Eifelrangern. Many routes are barrier-free. eifel.de
