The Kreuzbachklamm was repaired together with the Morgenbachtal for 180,000 euros (8/2019).
The Kreuzbachklamm requires sturdy shoes and some condition during the ascent, but there are no more storm damage (a bridge was sawn into pieces, the path leads a few meters around it).
The "via ferrata" is easy to handle and also easy to handle for dogs.
Only pushchair suitable is not the way.

The Kreuzbach gorge goes just past the forester's house Heiligkreuz down to the Rhine.
Currently closed due to fallen trees and danger of falling. As of 06/2017

The gorge is now accessible again and was repaired for a lot of money again. But you can not do it with toddlers or dogs. I added another photo from the warning board.

Reopened (6.2018). Unfortunately it will be cut more and more. Great climb on narrow paths. Nothing for scaredy rabbits :)DANGER:
    - Nothing for too small children. Steep slopes.
    - You need sensible shoes.
    - No dogs. I did not understand that at first. But unfortunately some bridges have been destroyed by bad weather. Now you have to climb down a ladder and up again.

The gorge itself is not a highlight, there are more beautiful, but the way is awesome. Narrow, on the edge with climbing elements and a decent length. Super-duper

Completed this one today. Definitely do not take any children younger than 8-10. Depending on the slickness of the trail there are numerous parts that could be a bit dangerous

The Kreuzbachklamm is a small gorge of 300 meters, which is passable with the help of many bridges.

Very beautiful gorge in the Binger forest. Unfortunately not suitable with dogs due to the climbing inlays. Enjoy the nature!
