The St. Marien Church was the main parish church in Neubrandenburg in Mecklenburg. After extensive destruction in April 1945 at the end of the Second World War, it was up
Rebuilt in 2001 as a concert church in Neubrandenburg. It is not only a concert hall of international standing, but also a testimony to the north German brick building. In particular, its east gable is considered to be the first highlight of the brick Gothic.
The church tower, reconstructed in the 1980s, is the tallest structure in Neubrandenburg with a height of 90 meters.
