The Brunhildisfelsen lies on the plateau of the highest mountain in the Taunus. The quartzite stone ledge on the northern edge of the Großer Feldberg is mentioned in a document as early as 1043. To this day, it is not certain who the name of the rock goes back to. What is certain, however, is that from the Bunhildis rock you have a breathtaking view of the Usinger Land! And of course the rock itself is an impressive photo opportunity.taunus.info/angebote/natur-und-erlebnis/berge-und-felsen/brunhildisfelsen-auf-dem-grossen-feldberg/2909
