Children are allowed to climb on the many walls of the weir under adult supervision! The weir is also a nice change for the little ones!The stamp box is attached to the side of the refuge (Morgenbrodshütte)!

Easy way to the Great Weir: From the Sperberhaier Dammhaus via the Morgenbrodtsthaler Graben.Difficult way: Via the car park Stieglitzecke and descent to the side of the Hammersteinklippe.

The shortest path leads from the Stieglitzecke over the Hammersteinklippe very steep and impassable on Sösestein over directly to the Great Weir.
