Moabiter Werder is the name of an area that extends in the Berlin district of Moabit (district Mitte) on the north bank of the Spree between the central station in the east and the "Federal President triangle" in the west. To the north, the area is bounded by the line of the light rail. The landscape gardening facilities comprise a total of 5.2 hectares and consist mainly of two parts - the Spreewiesen east of Paulstrasse and the "Federal President Triangle", an area west of the Paul Street, opposite the Bellevue Palace, the official residence of the Federal President. The connecting element of the parks is the waterfront, which can be up to 20 meters wide. It offers views of the Siegessäule (Victory Column), Bellevue Palace, the Chancellor's Office and the main train station and is intensively used as a walking path along the river.
