On the 36 kilometers of Passo Manghen comes a lot to you. The approach from the north accounts for 1270 meters ascent. This is not a cardboard handle and you should already be a bit fit. The first 8 kilometers are a bit easier, but then follow 8 hard kilometers with gradients between 8 and 12 percent. The last serpentines demand you with up to 14 percent slope from the last grains. In the Rifugio (with a small pond) just below the pass you can balance the calorie loss again. The next downhill is great fun. At the beginning, the descent is steep and you should stop in between, if you want to enjoy the spectacular landscape with rocks, snow remains, steep mountainside and dark firs. Then the descent becomes flatter and you can let it go. Almost 24 kilometers of fun and you destroy it to the 1,500 altitude difference. There comes a big grin!

Beautiful pass very quiet and even to drive the climbing park at the beginning is still an additional highlight
