The former collegiate church of St. Mauritius is a 1058-1072 built early Roman Catholic basilica, which is today used by the community of St. Mauritius on the Moritzberg in Hildesheim. The church is worth seeing, as it has undergone few changes in its architectural style over the years. Especially worth seeing is the well renovated cloister.
