The bat tunnel runs all the way around the Sauerland and is a great highlight but you should drive through it quickly because it is cold quickly

A rare opportunity to cycle through an old railway tunnel is offered here because the former railway line has been completely converted into a cycle path. In winter, however, the tunnel is closed because the bats then need to rest
