Very nicely located Kotten with a small museum, which can be visited free of charge. Waffles and coffee are also available. The Wupperufer is also very nice there.

First documented in 1504, since 1612 occupied as Doppelkotten, the Balkhauser Kotten 1922 still 56 grinders offered a workshop. In 1950, the "Außenkotten" had to give way to the road construction, while the Innenkotten created a grinder museum.
