The Polish artist Aleksandra Toborowicz works both in the field of graphic design and mural art. She teaches graphic design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków and also has a doctorate in this field. Her artistic roots are reflected in her very clear, reduced wall works. For the design of the community house, she chose the motif of an old Grundig radio, which, as a “world receiver”, makes numerous places of origin and favorite places of Langwasser people visible.

Hiking

Meide Büdel's memorial was created in 2005 on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the citizens' association. The work of art on a semicircular pedestal responds to the water fountains arranged in a semicircle (in summer) opposite. It can be rated as a "think time" for the integration performance of Langwasser. Two interconnected, interlocked and partly diverging Corten steel plates (cultures) spring up from the ground with a powerful springy force.
