They probably took the Phönixsee as an inspiration, the promenade is very similar to it and quite crowded there, but the ice cream is delicious 😋

Unless there is lockdown, you can sit here nicely, snack on an ice cream or enjoy pizza, pasta or steak. A nice new break for tours along the Rhine-Herne Canal
