For the small hunger in between, the Bratwurstmuseum is always recommended. For the big hunger, the western restaurant Lasso (das-lasso.de) in Holzhausen, Arnstädter Str. 93 is a good choice.

The 1st German Bratwurstmuseum is a permanent exhibition dedicated to bratwurst in a purpose built building in the southwest of the Thuringian village Holzhausen in the municipality Amt Wachsenburg. The exhibition was opened on May 28, 2006 by a local club founded three months earlier (Friends of the Thuringian Bratwurst eV). A special focus is the history of the Thuringian Rostbratwurst (Wikipedia).
