Bike Touring Highlight
Created in 1945 in honor of 526 former prisoners of war and forced laborers, today it is a listed building. In the last days of the war, numerous prisoners of war and forced laborers were shot in the Seelhorst city cemetery after having previously dug their own graves. On May 2, high-ranking Nazis were forced to exhume nearly 400 dead and were transferred here with the participation of the Hanover population
