Reichenschwand Castle is a former moated castle. The castle was built in the 13th century by the Lords of Ray Rock on the Pegnitz River and first mentioned in 1312. The castle has been privately owned since 1986 and now functions as a restaurant, hotel and headquarters of the Wöhrl Academy. Unfortunately, access is only possible for hotel guests.

A beautiful avenue leads directly to the castle.
