Strumpf Brunnen Lauterbach

Here you should definitely try the "Vogelsberger national dish" Beutelches. The former army people dinner is offered in the Vogelsbergkreis in some restaurants. In Lauterbach the e.g. the guesthouse "Zur Wachtel". There you cook the stuffed in a linen bag mass, consisting of potatoes, Solperfleisch (salted pork) and leeks.
