The highest elevation is not there, where the cross stands, that is only the south elevation, to the highest summit of the Fuchskaute still missing 80 cm. The highest point is west of the lodge in the forest.

Always a great place to stay!

This is a very idyllic spot, absolutely worth seeing.

It is not the railway line Betzdorf - Daaden, but Scheuerfeld - Emmerzhausen - Lippe.

That's a really nice track to let off steam. With the high cliffs you can surely run down the mountain after some practice in a monkey tooth.

From Easter until the end of the autumn holidays open daily from 12 o'clock.
Ongoing hot food.
Closed on spring and autumn Mondays.
February and November, the restaurant is closed.

The location is cool. You could do a movie in the area. A crime scene maybe. :-)

Always well attended, sometimes it gets tight.
