Schokland is a deserted former island. Today you can hardly recognize the contours of the island. In addition to the museum you can also walk around or "cycle around" the island. Completely it is about 10 - 12 km. Remains of the past can still be seen at the former locations of the island. The museum and display boards along the way show the history of the island.
