Maastopyöräily

The Randegger castle is probably built on the foundations of a Roman fort. The castle is mentioned in documents for the first time in 1214.
The castle today consists of a main house with three round towers, a semicircular staircase tower, a keep and a separate chapel.
In 1275, the castle is owned by the knights Heinrich von Randegg.

Pyöräily

From the beginning of the 13th century. Occupied by Swedish troops in 1638 and set on fire in 1639. 1728 again fire damage. Sold in 1923 to the physician Dr. Hans Koch, whose heirs still own the building today. From 1933 Otto Dix lived in the castle with his family for three years before moving to Hemmenhofen. Every 2 years one of the exhibition locations of the art exhibition Experimental.
