Vilcún seems lost in the middle of nowhere. Some of the streets are still dirt, and the houses are dilapidated. A rather bucolic country life reigns here.
After the two days spent in Conguillio Park, the contrast is striking. The Laimar volcano, however, reminds you that it was not a dream and its presence helps you remember your journey over the past few days.
