Vaellus
Seat of the landlords of Uttensen was the "Junkernhof". This Junkernhof, together with the former hotel »Zum Neuen Garten« and a house on the Stauwiese, is one of the oldest buildings in the municipality. The present appearance of the Junkernhof was created during the construction in 1635. The previous manor house was demolished at that time to make room for the new building.

The seat of these noble people was the Junkernhof, one of the first buildings in Uetze. However, the original building was then demolished and it was rebuilt here in 1635 and renovated in 2017. Numerous apartments were created in the property, consisting of the main house, coach house and barn. The building is a historical monument.
A boulder with a metal plate in the entrance area reveals interesting facts!
