    Mill De Hoop was built in 1866 and is owned by the municipality of Kapelle. It is a round stone mill with five attics that were used as a flour mill. The mill has two pairs of millstones for grinding grain and a bowl for sifting whole wheat flour into white flour. The flight of the blades is 22 meters and the height of the scaffolding is 4.90 meters. The blades are equipped with the so-called Van Bussel noses with brake valves.
