At the Rifugio Don Barbera, a large number of e-bikes can be charged (approx. 15-20). During peak season, the shed with the sockets is mercilessly overcrowded with bikes and it's a real shambles. You can only get to Don Barbera by bike from the Via del Sale with a few meters of descent in the final stretch. There is no other way. From the valley it is impossible even if it does not seem so because towards Uppega it becomes impassable.
