The filigree work of the fountain grille, the ornaments and colorful beam drawings in the half-timbering of the houses, and the ornate weather vanes on the roof gables still bear eloquent witness to the town's former prosperity and history. A very beautiful little town, both in summer and winter. Beautiful half-timbered houses, narrow streets, the opportunity to take a boat trip on the Moselle, and hike to the castle ruins. There's no chance of getting bored here.
