This astronomical instrument stands in Psila Alonia Square (Πλατεία Ψηλά Αλώνια). The inscription on the front, "ΠΙΝΑΚΑΣ ΔΙΟΡΘΩΣΕΩΝ ΣΕ ΛΕΠΤΑ ΩΡΑΣ" (Correction Table in Minutes of Time), provides correction values for various months and days. Since sundials display true solar time, which deviates slightly from uniform mechanical time (equation of time) throughout the year, these tables help calculate the exact standard time. It is a horizontal sundial with a triangular metal gnomon whose shadow indicates the time on the top.

One of the fountains in Georgiou I Square (Platia Georgiou) in Patras, located in Georgiou I Square (named after King George I of Greece). It is the central square of Patras and an important hub for cultural activities such as the famous Carnival. The square features two identical fountains at its upper and lower ends, adorned with statues of griffins. The square is considered the heart of the city and is a popular meeting place for both locals and tourists.

The Kastro offers an excellent view of the mountain ranges of the hinterland, as well as over the city that is creeping up the hillside and the strait.

A functionally designed space with little greenery.

High above the city lies the ancient acropolis. This imposing structure, dating from the Turkish and Venetian periods, offers a stunning view of the Angel Islands and the surrounding mountain ranges. Particularly noteworthy are the massive tower on the west side and the bastion at the northeast corner.

The mural was created by Norwegian street artist AFK in May 2019 as part of the ArtWalk4 festival. It depicts a girl wearing aviator goggles, carrying a baby in a sling on her back, while they sit on an inflatable unicorn. The artist dedicated this work to the children who lost their lives searching for the "Promised Land," thus addressing the issue of migration and the refugee crisis. The artwork is located at the intersection of Kanari and Agiou Andreou streets.

The Saxon architect Ernst Ziller left behind one of his most beautiful buildings here: the neoclassical Apollon Theatre, completed in 1872 as the city theatre, its architecture inspired by La Scala in Milan. Ziller also designed 600 other public buildings, villas, and churches in Greece.
