The Colca-Yanque Hot Springs are situated near the town of Yanque in the scenic Colca Valley. They offer a relaxing experience, especially after trekking the Colca Canyon. Visitors can enjoy warm thermal pools, with the nearby river offering a refreshing contrast for a cooler dip. Facilities include toilets, showers and changing rooms. As of 2025, the entrance fee is 15 soles.

This is a “secret “ hidden waterfall that doesn’t have a name! For a little walk in the evening I think it’s worth getting to it! It wasn’t even on Google maps! We found it by talking to the locals! It has been added to Google maps by me since! Locals used to go to this waterfall for fresh drinking water.

A modern suspension bridge leads across the canyon. From here you have a wonderful view of the rock formations. What is interesting here is the holes and openings in the rocks that the locals carved to store their groceries. Below the bridge are hot thermal springs, which the locals like to visit.
