There are marked parking spaces in front of the hut (access is only permitted as far as Waldhütte, located in the middle of the forest, no through traffic). The Refugium Heidenburg is a refuge from prehistoric times. The castle site no longer shows any masonry, but topographically beautiful rocks and slopes together with a fireplace. Be careful with the abysses, the Nagelfluh can break off!
