Here the trail forks and you can head towards the waterfall and the Submarine Lagoon, two sites of great natural interest.

On the way to Laguna Submarino, you'll come across this magnificent waterfall of the same name. The best part is that you can get very close to appreciate the refreshing coolness of the water.

The Submarine Lagoon is a secluded body of water, a small lake in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by rocky terrain.

It's also known as Paine Waterfall. It's a crystal-clear waterfall. One of the park's gems.

This spectacular Patagonian lake, surrounded by impressive mountains, is teeming with wildlife, especially birds, which you can observe more easily with a good pair of binoculars.

The visitor center and restrooms are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Souvenirs, drinks, granola bars, sandwiches, and other items are available for purchase. Hot dogs and fries are sold at the small stand in front of the building. Several picnic tables are available outside.

There is coffee (3000-4000clp), beer (7000clp) and snacks and merchandise items. There are also restrooms here and it is the meeting point for the shuttle service back to Laguna Amarga
