Η πρώτη είσοδος στο σύστημα σπηλαίων βρίσκεται κάπως ανεπιτήδευτα ανάμεσα σε μεγαλύτερους βράχους στην κάτω άκρη του πεδίου των χαλασμάτων. Δύο σχοινιά επιτρέπουν την αναρρίχηση στην πρώτη αίθουσα της σπηλιάς. Από εκεί, σχοινιά σημαδεύουν το μονοπάτι προς μία από τις εξόδους. Στο πεδίο των χαλασμάτων βρήκα άλλες πέντε εισόδους/εξόδους ασφαλισμένες με σχοινιά. Μερικοί από τους άξονες είναι πολύ στενοί, αλλά παρόλα αυτά βατοί. Απαραίτητος φακός, κράνος συνιστάται, κλειστοφοβία μάλλον όχι. Πολύ συναρπαστικό μέρος για τους ενδιαφερόμενους για σπηλιές.

The "Hälsans Stig" in Gävle offers a pleasant loop that takes you through some of the city's most scenic spots, including Stadsträdgården, Boulognerskogen, Regementsparken, and Gävle’s city center. Clearly marked with signs every kilometer, it is both easy to find and easy to walk, making it accessible for everyone. This route is ideal for walking or running and serves as a great way to explore the natural beauty and urban charm of Gävle. With its flat and manageable terrain, it provides a peaceful escape, whether for fitness or leisure.

The current town hall in Söderhamn was built in 1860 and received its current appearance between 1876 and 1878. It is the fourth town hall in the city; all three previous buildings since 1621 fell victim to the city fires. The current town hall was designed by the city architect of Gävle, Gustav N. Runer. It became his most important work. The building was built in brick with a main facade facing south and two wings. It has a roof tower that is visible from afar. Originally it housed the entire city administration and the city's tax office. There were also rooms for the police with detention cells. Runer's town hall was badly damaged in the city fire on July 22, 1876. In a comprehensive restoration by the Stockholm architect Ernst Jacobsson, which was completed in 1878, the town hall received its current Dutch Renaissance design with limestone decorations.

In 1621, one year after Gustav II Adolf granted the new town of Söderhamn city privileges, the first town hall was built on this site. It was a one-storey wooden building and was located just southeast of the current town hall.

At approximately 1340 m, these caves are the second longest system of ancient rock caves in Europe. The entrance is open and accessible to everyone. There are ropes, but be warned that this is a dangerous undertaking without a guide. Finding the entrance between countless large rocks is not easy. Look for yellow markings on the rocks. They will lead you there.
