Kehlheim has some city gates worth seeing. From there you have a beautiful view of the city. Kehlheim has a beautiful old town with Renaissance facades. And it has lots of pubs and beer gardens.

The bridge stands out from afar due to its curious construction. With a length of 193 meters, the "Tatzlwurm" suspension bridge construction is one of the longest wooden bridges in Europe and connects the two sides of the Essing valley. Walk over it, cyclists have to get off and enjoy the gentle swing. You should definitely give yourself this experience, great.

Very beautiful city directly on the Altmühl surrounded by three castles and a wonderful rocky backdrop. In addition to the Rosenburg with Falkenhof and the two ruins Rabenstein and Tachenstein, there is still a lot to see in the small town. Whether hikers or cyclists, everyone gets their money's worth here, plus there are historical buildings and very nice places to stop for refreshments in the city.
