Lake Körbersee lies idyllically nestled between alpine meadows and striking peaks, revealing itself in winter as a tranquil, snow-covered landscape. Lake Kalbele is idyllically situated on the Hochtannberg Pass and, in calm weather, reflects the surrounding peaks. A beautiful spot for a short break right by the road, ideal as a photo stop or starting point for hikes around Warth-Schröcken.

The largest hut of the German Alpine Club gave us a very hospitable welcome. The accommodation and food are great!

The Rappenseehütte is one of the largest DAV huts in the area. The view of the surrounding peaks is definitely worth it. Depending on how you want to climb, you can enjoy attractive peaks with wonderful climbing and hiking passages.

Lake Zürsersee is located at the mountain station of the Seekopfbahn.

Beautifully located lake in a hollow below the mountain station of the Seekopf lift. The lake can be circled on a path. On one side of the lake, an approx. 60m long floating wooden jetty was built, at the end of which there are 2 beautiful loungers and benches to relax in the lake. According to information, there are a large number of trout living in the lake, which can also be fished with a license. The licenses can be purchased in the mountain restaurant. When walking around the lake in late summer, tens of thousands of small trout can be seen in the shore area.
