From this vantage point, you have a magnificent view of the Wissower Ufer. The lookout point is located just beyond the Piratenschlucht (Pirate Gorge) and is easily accessible. There's also a bench to rest on. Highly recommended, especially at sunrise: a special atmosphere and mood.

The nature reserve stretches between the Osterwald (west), the Pramort (east), the Baltic Sea (north) and the Grabow (south). To the northeast of the area is the largest unforested white dune landscape on the Baltic coast. At the beginning of the area - at the last parking lot - is the Zingst information center. Its exhibitions illustrate the development of Ostzingst and the international importance of the national park. For those who want to escape the crowds and experience the Wissower Ufer in all its glory, a visit in the early morning hours is recommended. As the day awakens and the sun bathes the rocks in a golden light, this place shows off its best side.
