    Wie so oft bei Berghütten ist Dom Umberto Girometta nach dem örtlichen Bergsteigervereinsmitglied benannt, das maßgeblich am Bau der Hütte beteiligt war. Es liegt in einem wunderschönen Waldgebiet oberhalb des Karsttals Ljuvač und bietet Dienstleistungen für diejenigen, die den Berg Mosor erkunden.
