Die Mühle "'t Welvaaren" in Grijpskerke wurde im Jahr 1801 gebaut und liegt an der Molenstraat 8. Im Jahr 1997 fand eine Restaurierung der Mühle statt. Die Windmühlenflügel haben einen Durchmesser von 21,7m, aber die Mühle ist nicht mahlfähig, da die Haube auf Grund des angebauten Hauses nicht frei gedreht werden kann.
Sie ist nicht zu besichtigen.
