    Seinen Namen "flatiron", also auf deutsch: Bügeleisen" erhielt es natürlich aufgrund seiner Form. Es ist eines der ersten Gebäude, bei denen eine Stahlrahmenkonstruktion besteht. - Für Fotografen ist dieses Gebäude ein absolutes Muss.
