    Ein prächtiges Schloss, das eine herrliche Aussicht bietet, ein Verein von Freiwilligen kümmert sich um die Restaurierung dieses geschichtsträchtigen Ortes. Es hat auch einen großen, von Mauern umgebenen Park, in dem sich eine schöne Kapelle befindet. Es gibt Picknickbänke, Bäume, ... kurz gesagt, ein sehr beruhigender und angenehmer Ort für einen Besuch, sowohl zum ersten als auch zum hundertsten Mal.

    Die verwinkelte Ruine lässt sich sehr schön erkunden. Neben dem Hauptkomplex gibt es auch noch die Chapelle St-Valentin und den Hungerturm. Auf dem gesamten Areal gibt es mehrere Möglichkeiten für ein Picknick.

    Die Burg Guirbaden ist die größte mittelalterliche Befestigungsanglage im Elsass. Friedrich II. von Staufen errichtete ab 1219 auf der Burg Guirbaden unter größtem Aufwand einen pfalzartigen Palas, den größten im Elsass.
    Über Wanderwege von Mollkirch im Osten, Grendelbruch im Westen, der Fischhütte im Süden und dem Floessplatz im Breuschtal im Norden ist die Burg Guirbaden erreichbar.
