    Das ehemalige Rathaus von Beers befindet sich auf der Südseite der Grotestraat. Das Gebäude wurde 1915 im Stil der späten Neorenaissance erbaut. Um 1935 und erneut 1956 wurde das Gebäude im hinteren Bereich um einen Ratssaal und einen Fahrkartenschalter erweitert. Der letzte Teil liegt außerhalb des Schutzes.
