Im Inneren zeigt sie, insbesondere nach einer kürzlichen Restaurierung (2010), eine prächtige barocke Dekoration aus Stuckarbeiten und Wandmalereien. Daher gilt sie als bedeutendste unter den vielen Barockkirchen von Écija.
