Die erste Kirche st. Anna wurde Mitte des 16. Jahrhunderts in Kodeń errichtet. Es handelte sich um einen Holzbau, der 1680 niederbrannte. In den Jahren 1624 – 1646 wurde unter demselben Namen ein neuer Backsteintempel errichtet.
Im Hauptaltar befindet sich ein Kultbild der Muttergottes von Kodeń, auch Königin und Mutter von Podlachien genannt.
