    Der Memorial Park ist der wichtigste öffentliche Park in Padiham und besteht aus zwei Standorten, die durch einen Uferweg entlang des Flusses Calder miteinander verbunden sind. Einer liegt am oberen Ende der Stadt, abseits der Blackburn Road, und der andere am Fuße des Hügels neben der Park Road. Die Mittel für den Bau wurden hauptsächlich durch das Testament von Herrn Thomas Clayton bereitgestellt, der 1915 starb. Viele der Parkeinrichtungen wurden jedoch durch öffentliche Spenden finanziert. Diese öffentliche Großzügigkeit hält bis heute an und Einrichtungen wie der Rosengarten wurden mit Geldern der Anwohner neu bepflanzt.
