    Die Moulin de la Falaise stammt aus dem 16. Jahrhundert und ist eine alte „Petit-Pied“-Mühle am Hang von Guérande, die sogenannte Sainte-Espérance-Mühle. Sie wurde von einem Mühlenliebhaber abgebaut und 1925 an ihrem heutigen Standort auf der Falaise-Düne identisch wieder aufgebaut. Anschließend blieb sie mehrere Jahre lang verlassen und verlor bei einem Brand im Jahr 1978 sogar ihr Dach und ihr Gerüst. Die heute renovierte Mühle ist von einem wieder zu entdeckenden Naturraum umgeben, in dem Hunderte seltener wilder Orchideenarten und eine sehr vielfältige Fauna leben.
