Mann Hill Downhill Hub

The Mann Hill Loop offers a spirited mountain biking experience, winding through a lush bottomland forest with dense summer foliage. This 3.6-mile (5.8 km) route features packed dirt singletrack and rolling terrain, providing a fun, flowing ride. You'll find scenic spur trails leading to views of the White River, adding a touch of natural beauty to this otherwise challenging 32-minute ride with 250 feet (76 metres) of elevation gain.

Located within Southwestway Park, the Mann Hill Loop is a multi-use trail, welcoming hikers and leashed dogs alongside mountain bikers. While the loop itself is rated difficult, it's often used as a warm-up for the more technical downhill runs like the Mann Hill Downhill Hub found in the wider Mann Hill area. Always check trail conditions, especially after wet weather, to ensure the best riding experience.

This trail is part of a unique geological feature known as a "kame," formed from glacial deposits, making Mann Hill a distinctive landmark in the Indianapolis landscape.
