    Pointe des Corbeaux ist der östlichste Punkt der Insel. Im Laufe der Jahrhunderte haben sich an diesem Punkt, der zum Kontinent blickt, Konstruktionen durchgesetzt.

    Von der Vorgeschichte bis ins 17. Jahrhundert stand dort ein Megalith. 1657 wurde dort eine Redoute (kleine unabhängige Festung) gebaut. Zwei Jahrhunderte später, 1862, wurde er abgerissen, um den Bau eines Leuchtturms zu ermöglichen. Letztere wurde 1944 gesprengt, um sechs Jahre später wieder aufgebaut zu werden.

    Bemerkenswerterweise war der letzte Leuchtturmwärter eine Wärterin.
