    Der Puente de L'Assut de l'Or ist mit einer Höhe von über 125 Metern ein absoluter Hingucker. Es ist vielleicht die Brücke mit dem komplexesten Namen, nur eine kleine Erklärung. Als noch der Fluss Turia durch das Flussbett floss, wurde das Flusswasser zur Bewässerung landwirtschaftlicher Flächen genutzt. Möglich wurde dies durch eine spezielle Wehrkonstruktion. L'Assut bedeutet so viel wie Wehr oder Staudamm.

    Die Brücke l’Assut de l’Or, überquert das ehemalige Flussbett des Turia zwischen dem Naturwissenschaftlichen Museum und dem Ágora. Sie hat mehrere Spuren für den Verkehr in beide Richtungen und in der Mitte gibt es einen Fußgängerübergang, der die beiden Ufer des Jardín del Turia miteinander verbindet.
