    Das Bahnhofsgebäude von Tournai wurde im Neorenaissance-Stil und nach den Plänen des Kortrijker Architekten Henri Beyaert erbaut.
    Im August 1879 im Beisein von König Leopold II. eingeweiht, beeindruckt dieses schöne Gebäude mit einer Länge von 120 Metern durch seine Größe.
    Die 18 Meter hohe Glaskuppel über den Bahnsteigen wurde 1940 und 1944 von Bomben getroffen und nie wieder aufgebaut. Das Bahnhofsgebäude selbst wurde restauriert und ist nachts sehr schön beleuchtet.
