    Die Saint-Sébastien Kirche, obwohl im 15. Jahrhundert umgebaut, ist ein wichtiges Zeugnis der romanischen Kunst in Puisaye mit ihrem achteckigen Glockenturm Cluniac Inspiration und seinem gemeißelten Portal im Jahr 2002 restauriert, die ocker geäderten Stein vor den üppigen Dekorationen geschwächt.

    In Parly angekommen ist mir sofort die Kirche aufgefallen. Der etwas zu kurz wirkende achteckige Kirchturm besticht mit Steinmetzarbeit vom Feinsten. Die aufwändig gestalteten Fenster im Bereich der Glocken sind reich dekoriert. Wenn man dann um die sonst eher kleine und gedrungene Kirche herum geht kommt die nächste Überraschung: Ein Portal wie man es sonst nur bei den Kathedralen sieht. Vierfach gemeißelte Säulen mit Portalbögen.
