    Im kleinen Ort Bolonia liegt diese römische Ausgrabungsstätte inklusive Museum. Spannende Reise zurück in die Vergangenheit. Die Anlage ist sehr gut erhalten und im Amphitheater finden auch heute noch Konzerte statt. Baelo Claudia enstand im zweiten Jahrhundert vor Christus und wurde nach dem Kaiser Claudius benannt. Sehr sehenswert und freier Eintritt für EU-Bürger.

    Ganz in der Nähe des Strandes von Bolonia liegen die Ruinen der römischen Siedlung Baelo Claudia. Die Ausgrabungsstätte vermittelt durch ihre stattliche Größe einen guten Eindruck von der Lebensweise der Römer. Das Amphitheater ist erstaunlich gut erhalten.
